I have used the site recomended on here to analize my hijack this log file and it shows quite a few problems, thing is I dont have the faintest idea how to fix them.

Hi Rob
What you do is copy the analysed log of the site.....run HJT and check off the "Nasty" items found by the analysed log....then hit the fix button...then reboot
It will ask if you want to back up before it attempts to fix/rid the "Nasty" items...always allow this in case of problems later.
