OS: XP SP2
CPU/Ram: Intel Pent.

When I move the mouse pointer over a link and it turns into a hand I get a border line around the link. Look like a bunch of tiny dots. Also if I hit the tab key the next link will be highlighted with that border. How do I eliminate that border. I am working with Microsoft Intellipoint 5.2 mouse software. If you can help I would appreciate it. Thanks Paul

Try:
In Windows Explorer or Control Panel,
click Tools in the Menu bar,
click Folder Options,
on the General tab, mark "Double-click to open an item".
