Hiding the contents of a folder or

Does someone know if there's a way to "hide" the contents of a folder (or disk) (not "hidden files") but to cause the system to ask a password (at least the first time) someone tries to access the folder/disk ? I'm using Win XP Pro with NTFS file system. Thank you
