Comment:

Well some of the files on my desktop Disappear when i change to not show hidden files or folders in my "Folder Options" but these files on my desktop shouldn't disappear. They don't have the "Hidden" option checked in the Genereal tab under properties for the file.

Anyone have any ideas why these would disappear?

It would help if you told us what the names of the files are!

Once I thought I was wrong, now I'm not so sure!
