✔ Best Answer
From off, turn on the POS computer and begin tapping F8, should bring up the Advanced recovery options, choose safe mode. That should bring up the Administrator account and the owner account. If there is no password as it says you should be able to just hit enter and go into the admin account. Once logged into the admin account, you can go to the control panel, under users, and set password, etc.

And also try to avoid typing messages in capital letters. Makes it very hard to read and is also considered "shouting".

But of course the start of a sentence is with a capital letter; and capitals can be used on occasion for emphasis..?

Just read your second comment about capitalization when typing! I was not aware of the fact that is like shouting! Very interesting! Thank you
