Need more info. Where are you trying to play the video from, a web browser or is the file on the computer? is it through windows media player? is it like this with all video files? how long has this been happening for? when did this start? is this "your" copy of xp that you installed, as in do you trust the source? any other weird things happening with your computer? do other programs run sluggish? any antivirus installed? did you do a clean or dirty install of xp? are you trying to play the video from a cdrom? is the file downloaded already or is maybe your internet what is sluggish? if you did a clean install twice, trust the cd, have no other software installed and tried playing the downloaded video file and it's still doing it it's either a driver or hardware issue.

"i install win xp 2 times its still same prob"

Did you install all the drivers - motherboard chipset, graphics, sound, network, etc? And what about SP3, IE8, & all the rest of the Windows Updates?

"its sp2 i cudnt find original sp3"

Not sure what you mean? Just install XP SP2, then immediately update to SP3.

1GB RAM is the minimum for Win7 so it probably doesn't perform all that well. Which graphics card (or IGP) do you have? If you can't find Win7 drivers, Vista drivers should work.
