i have a problem with my dell inspiron 1525 laptop..i notice since yesterday when i was starting up it there was sometime popin before it fully complete loadin say "This application has failed to start because WININET.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem" all i wa seein is my background picture that i hav as my wall paper, i cant see any icon not the start icon at the bottom to even open a file...i dontknow wat to do..

nothin att all is showin up on my monitor except my wallpaper and the error that is poppin up everytime...i really need help with this...

Try booting into Safe Mode and do a System Restore. Keep Smiling It makes them think you're up to something...

u really tink that will help? i would normally hav problems with my web cam and would restore it almost everyday so that it would work back but 2 nights from now i did a systerm restore and it took for ever to restore and when i woke up then i saw the error....i cant hav access to do anyting else i really wish it would work...i dont hav it with me rite now im at work so when i get home ill try that to see if it would work..

You should try that first and if you continue to have problems with your webcam etc. you should post back to try and resolve those issues. Keep Smiling It makes them think you're up to something...
