Do you have a Dell monitor? If so, you must have buttons on the monitor. (I've not seen a monitor that DOESN'T have buttons for the adjustment.) One of these buttons will bring you to screen adjustment options. You can press the up/down buttons to get to the selection you need and use the left / right buttons to make the adjustment.

Fellas listen to me, i apreciate your help, but no, i have no buttons or wheels or anything. It is not a big monitor it is attached to my notebook computer. it is about 1/2 inch thin. it is an lcd screen and there is no room for any type of buttons or wheels. I looked all through the display and could find nothing. I did get it fixed by updating my video card drivers. thankyou
