helping with viewing XML file

i have trouble viewing the xml file. everytime i open the xml file, i got this msg.

"The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

The system cannot locate the resource specified. Error processing resource 'file:///C:/Program Files/Common Files/AutoEngin..."

how do i fix this problem? thank you very much
