Windows Live Leave a Comment
The error we speaking now, I have often, and so recently I found the solution. This is the problem that offers a DNS error page that does not allow you to download the Messenger or update. The problem is in the DNS Client service that we have to stop to enter the site and use Microsoft Messenger (Hotmail.com) normally.
We will look the steps to stop it.
1 – Go to My Computer icon, clicking on right button and select Manage
2 – Double click on Services and Applications
3 – Between the Customer look the DNS Services
4 – We click in the right and then we choose “Stop”
With this option you can access the Microsoft site and the Messenger without problem. (Remember that every time you start your PC, the service is enabled again) For this reason, for disable it you can go to Start -> Run, and we write msconfig and give to Enter, then we went to the tab services and look for DNS client as untagged and save the changes.
