I have java vm but when I try to enter the chat i get this error.......

load: class com.diginet.digichat.client.DigiChatApplet not found.

Try downloading and installing the newest java vm - it is version 1.4.2 I believe. My computer came with version 1.4.0 and it did not work for some sites but after I downloaded the latest version from Sun Java website, everything worked fine.

nothing downloads butI got this message (congrats you now have the lastest version of java software) I guess it means I already have java....what do you think?

Go to the Add/Remove programs list in Control Panel and you should have the Java 1.4.2 or newer version listed there. I think a newer version called 1.5.0 is out now so that maybe the one that downloaded. As long as it is a higher version than 1.4.0 - that older version stops a lot of games from working properly on certain websites.
