I have never heard of something like that. If it were my computer I'd try to update the audio drivers first. Go into your CONTROL PANEL, right click on SYSTEM, and then go into the HARDWARE tab to DEVICE MANAGER then your AUDIO. Right click on audio and then click on UPDATE DRIVER and follow the instructions on-screen.

If that doesn't work, I can't offer any other suggestions. Good luck.

I should have said you need to be on-line, then the computer can search the net for updated drivers. Sorry, you may want to try again on-line.

I didn't realize you were talking about streaming audio. What kind of internet connection do you have; dial-up, wireless or cable? It sounds like it could be a slow connection.

i am online, and the computer just responds by saying it cant find any drivers that fit better than the existing one...

well, not just streaming, it also lags sometimes when using Media Player. althoug it seems to be "different" somehow, sounds different anyhow. im online via cable, 2,5 mb speed. i think that should be fast enough. one reason is that the music lags even if the entire song is finished streaming.
