Hi Big Problem I have a fujitsu hard disk that will not detect in bios. I have tried auto detect and user methods to get it to work the last thing that it showed in the bios was 3/3/3/33/3/3/3333 instead of the drive name. It is FAT32 and i need the data on it. Is there any low level s/ware that can get at it before bios, i tried easy recovery pro but no go. The drive is spinning. Thanks in advance

The drive is probably spinning but the head stack assembly is probably "floating" over the platters and are unable to read the boot sector or any of the data on the drive. Unfortunately, you will probably need to reconstruct the hardware on the drive. This also, unfortunately can turn out to be a big $$$$$ situation. I work for a data recovery company and to my knowledge there are not any kinds of software that will access the drive before the bios.
