hello everyone.. im having a problem with my brawdband i think.. what it is is that i conect to the isp at 576Kbps but whenever i try downloading something it only downloads at no more than a speed of 59Kbps and thats all i have ever got out of it..
i know that i cant download at the conection speed but shouldnt i be able to download at more than 59 odds Kbps.. evan wen i download off an intersight it dosnt download very high speed.. so what im asking is what ruphly speed should i get out of my brawdband...... thanks stephen uk

Upload and Download speeds are usually different, download ussually lower, You may have to check with your isp to find out wht download speed they were offering with your service, or You may check your conecctionb speed at Http://www.dslreports.com,they have a pretty accurate set of speed test, and also suggestions to improve present connection speed.
