Hello every1, I'm new here. I REALLY need help with fixing my computer, it reboots or freezes ALL THE TIME and it's pretty annoying. According to Win XP, I'd need to update the BIOS, but that's not possible because I already have the latest version. All the answers will be appreciatted, thanks.

Right click My Computer, Properties, Advanced tab, Settings button (Starup and Recovery), uncheck Automatically Restart.
Now you should get an error message when it happens again. ---------------- You appear to have an older computer. Look for leaking or bulging capacitors on the motherboard. Some pictures of them
