Help with backing up outlook?

I want to backup my Ms Outlook.Do i have to go to File-Import&Export... or can i just backup the outlook.pst file situated in the outlook folder?

You could do one or both of those options. There is also a program available from Microsoft that once installed and configured will back up your pst files automatically.
