2 things you must do to completely remove a user:

1. System properties > advanced > user profiles(highlight and remove the user).

2. right click "My Computer" > manage > Users and Groups > right click the user ...etc.

I think I know what you mean, you can download Magic Tweak and this will give you the options to password protect all your folder options ...etc. so she wo't be able to create an account without a password.

hope this helps

Matt

Well, you can change her account to a regular user instead of admin then she cant create accounts or install OS wrecking software or virus's, no need for tweak utils, its in the users and groups, you highlight the user > right click properties > Member Of > you can remove admin & add users instead, this is a safe bet, also make your admin pass real hard to guess.

sounds like you want to be able to auto-login to a computer (only one account). However, since it's an admin account (XP needs at least one admin account), your sister comes in, creates an account for herself, and moves files into that account, right?

Nothing you can do about that...it's an admin account, and as such, you can't limit it. Closest thing would be to created a non-admin account (limited or standard), auto-login to that account instead...then she won't be able to do anything...and you will still be able to access your admin account to make changes if necessary
