unable to unstall wins2k, when i put the disk in there theres a popup it says: This CD-ROM is from an older verson of Windows than the one you are presently using. Setup functionality from this disk will be disabled.

i tryed everything and i mean everything ... please help!!!

Sounds like ur trying to 'downgrade' from XP to W2K (which u can't do btw).

If u really want to downgrade to an inferior O/S, then ur'll need to format the drive first and then install W2K.

An old Win98/ME floppy disk will do the job admirably !!
