Hello every1!! :D
OK...I made my own music filetype, its a filetype that you can edit it in Notepad...http://www.boredsource.com/eltrucha/downloads/BeepXtreme-0.3.zip
But the problem is that I'd like to save the sounds as a more known filetype (such as MIDI) so that they can be played in websites, etc...
Is there any sound recorders out there that can save as MIDI and allow more than 60 seconds and is FREEWARE so that I can include it with my program??
Or is there a DLL that does this??
Thanx!! ;)El-Trucha

MIDI is not a sound file. It is a set of instructions that is sent to the sythesizer in your soundcard.
MP3 would probably be your best bet. Go to www.nonags.com and have a look at some of the free mp3 tools they have available

StepVoice Recorder will be your best bet I think, it rules!
http://www.stepvoice.com/ (you can download the freeware version too, but the newer (trialware version) is much more advanced).

Kurt;
I looked thru the misc. Audio and misc. MP3 software on that site but nothing records... :(The Celestial Celebi;

Try the freeware, Anvil Studio. You can download it from: http://www.tucows.com/preview/193454.html or Google it for other sites.
