HELP Publisher won't open my file

HELP same problem but it wasn't a different version I made the document a few nights ago on publisher 2003 pro, and when i try to open it, it says, publisher cannot open the file, please help i need this file for tomorrow.

jw, sounds to me like you have the file associated with the wrong program. Take a look at the filetype (appears after the dot in the filename) and then refer to : http://filext.com/ for a list of what opens what and simply choose that program to 'open with' after a RIGHTCLICK on the file. If you'ld like to make the change permanent, you can check the 'always use...' box or leave it blank as a one time deal. HTH. Ed in Texas.
