Hi, unfortunately I've got one of these boys, I tried everything other people have mentioned about how to remove it, but it just keeps coming back after I reboot. ** Before I tried to remove it by unregistering, I had double clicked on a file called sys.reg in the windows folder; In it contained a message somewhere along the lines of "SearchV"; I think I might of inadvertantly registered it. Could that be the problem? If it helps here is my hackthis log after I deleted files I thought were to be suspicious:

You also have a W32.Jeefo infection:
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [PowerManager] C:\WINDOWS\SVCHOST.exe

See this for removal tools and instructions:
Jeefo Removal

Run HT again and check the following, then click fix checked. Reboot and follow the Jeefo removal instructions.

O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [PowerManager] C:\WINDOWS\SVCHOST.exe
O4 - Startup: MSupdater.exe
