You have a broken LSP. See http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm for more information, and a link to LSPFIX.EXE, a free LSP fix tool. When you run this tool, select "I know what I'm doing" checkbox, and crick newdotnet LSP in the list, and click Remove. Then click finish. You will then regain internet access.
