But I still can't start the programs. Especially those windows programs. Even when i click on control panel the whole screen just restart and nothing happens. The only way to access to my drives is through the "run" in start.

Then try this:

1. Open a CMD prompt an type:

copy %systemroot%\system32\dllcache\Framedyn.dll %systemroot%\system32\wbem\Framedyn.dll /y

2. Right-click My Computer and press Properties. If you DO NOT receive the error, exit this procedure.

3. Use the Registry Editor to navigate to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Environment.

4. If the Path Value Name is missing, press Edit / New / Expandable String Value. Right-click New Value #1 and Rename it to Path.

5. Double-click the Path value Name.

6. A standard path begins with %SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\wbem

7. Exit the Registry Editor and restart your computer.

NOTE: If additional variables exist in the Path Value Name, insert a semi-colon (;) after the %SystemRoot%\System32\wbem string.

Ok thanks one error is solved. But some of my programs still cannot start. As i mentioned above, even like My Computer, Internet Explorer and Recycling bin. But programs like icq, Need for Speed etc can start. Any idea how this happen? Is it because of the registry also or any or the services in services.msc. But when i login in safe mode, the programs works perfectly fine. Thank you for your help.

I am having exactly the same problem. If you try to start My Computer, Control Panel, My Documents or anything else you get:
1. Cursor changes to hourglass.
2. All icons disappear from the desktop.
3. All icons reappear.
4. Program does not start.

I was able to run task manager using CTRL-ALT-DEL while this happens and when the icons disappear "explorer.exe" is stopping (crashing?) and then restarting.

Is there a way to replace explorer.exe?

Dana, Check out the link below. Pay special attention to thisand see if it's applicable to your situation. If it is be careful that you don't delete the wrong explorer.exe file.

"The dlder.exe software then downloads and installs a trojan file named Explorer.exe from the same site, to C:\Windows\explorer\Explorer.exe (do not confuse this with the required Windows file explorer.exe, located at C:\Windows\explorer.exe). The dlder.exe file then places a Run key in the Registry so that the new Explorer.exe trojan runs at startup".

Advertising Spyware: DLDER.EXE, Explorer.exe
