They said: Copy and paste the contents of the HijackThis log into your post. Wait for help. So i did it and i'm waiting for someone to help me find out what should I delete and what should I FIX....

Then they deserve the boot in the ass award. There has got to be 50 posts a week that all have these logs in them. Try a forum search and see what the other 10,000 people got for replies. Jimi_l

The long ones can be irritating but a lot of people use these for trouble shooting. First of all run this program: http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm to get rid of this line: O10 - Broken Internet access because of LSP provider 'lsp.dll' missing Anyway in answer to the problem, are you running Norton System works 2003? This maybe your culprit, check to see what is in your startup. If so open your nortons menu and allow it to load only the virus checker at startup. Also try this: Goto START-RUN in the window type MSCONFIG once the menu appears go to startup. Uncheck the first box that loads C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe you have it loading twice. This may help not sure without having the system infront of me but it's a start.
