help me make my start menu bigger

i use windows XP but i downloaded a windows 7 theme for it, the circular start menu button looks small, how can i make it bigger?

is only the start menu button smaller or whole task bar ?

if it`s whole taskbar, right click on it > deselect lock the taskbar > put the mouse pointer on the top of the taskbar > hold down left click > drag it upwards > when set the right size, release the mouse left button ( which you were holding ) > right click on the taskbar > select "lock the taskbar"
