If you have Bluetooth, you can simply transfer the file to the computer that way. I believe that it needs to be on your computer before you can upload it online. And, usually, unless the clip is very small in size (under 10 MB) clips sent over e-mail need to be very small and compatible with most media players.

If you do not have Bluetooth, you can purchase a USB Bluetooth dongle from your local computer store, which usually cost at least $20 for a quality piece (look for IOGear, Belkin, etc.) Bluetooth will allow you to send as much as your computer can hold from your phone. You can even send files to your phone from your PC.

Another solution is to purchase (or use if you already own one) a micro SD card (which should come with an SD card adapter) and to transfer your video from the phone's internal memory to the card, and then put the card into the reader so the PC can see it, and finally transfer the clip from the card to the computer.
