Help me i have a virus!!

i'm positive i have a virus. My svchost.exe file is taking up about 77% of my CPU so writing this message is VERY difficult. It is really slowing down my computer. I've had this computer for 3 years so i know that's not normal. Please how can i fix this?

yeh it appears u do have a virus, actaully i think its a worm although the SCVHOST.exe is a windows file and not an actually virus, u will need to scan yr drive with an up to date virus scanner
