You will need to post what error message are you getting before anyone can help you with your problem !!

It will also help if you post what your hardware configuration is also.

All this info is important for those who may be trying to troubleshoot your problem.

Get yourself a popup blocker do a google for there free one- work quite good-

Otherwise be more clear what the problem is
