Help: I think I have a virus

Help: I must have a virus.
Every 5 or 6 minutes I get a dialog box that says: "Winnet has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience...[Debug] [Send Error Report] [Don’t Send]”
On drilling down the dialog box, I got the following message
The following files will be included in this error report: C:\DOCUME~1\MARVRU~`\LOCALS~`\Temp\WER187E.tmp.dir00\accompat.txt

i check for your problem on the net.. and its a Security Risk (Virus/Trojan/Worm/Adware/Spyware ): Yes
