help i dont have anything on my pc

so i was installing the new windows vista and i think my dog stepped on the keyboard and deleted some drivers.
so now all i have is a blank pc (no OS or drivers i.e. my c: drive.) what do i do

You don't delete drivers by hitting the keyboard. Start the installation over again.

i tried i really dont know what happened it wont install cause apparently drivers are missing or something. either that or my installation is wack.

As jam said, start over again. Boot to the Vista install CD, partition and format as you wish (although I don't know why you'd want to install Vista in the first place.)
