I apologize for what I said in response #1, I read your post three or four times and none of them came out right.
This page tells you how to get rid of it in response #11 do as it says and then do a free online virus scan at http://housecall.antivirus.com after that goto www.lavasoft.de and download the free program called Ad-Aware, it should clean the rest of the spyware junk out of your pc.
