Hi All People,

"Win XP Pro"

I tried 2 days to install "Multiligual User Interface Pack" (#3 CD) but met with frustration.

The "Regional & Language Options" icon disappeared after I re-installed Win XP completely (new installation).

Finally I found the "Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options" icon when I selected "Show common Tasks in folders" under Tasks in the "Folder Options" window

Hower each time when I tried to install #3 CD, it prompted following window

-----
"Windows XP Multiligual User Interface Pack"

Unable to install Language Group Files for one or more selected menus and dialogue languages

Please quit Regional and Language Options if they are running

"OK"
------------------------

But I could not discover how to quit the "Regional and Language Options"

When I clicked "Add other languages" under "Pick a task" there was no response (clicking "Change the format of numbers, dates and times" also no response. Only clicking "Change the date and time" had response)

Kindly help !!!!!!!!!!

Thanks in advance.

Stephen Liu
