When I go online,I get msg-this website wants to run the following add-on"Adobe Flash Player"blahblah,ifyou want to run click here..I have already installed Adobe flash player,I checked programs on my computer, it's there. I also sometimes get a msg when looking at photo's online-"either Java is turned off or you need to install latest Flash player. Help and bear in mind I am very ignorant about computers. Thanks!!

It's possible you have it installed but it may be an older version and the site needs the newest version to display properly. Let it install the newest version and see if that fixes the problem.

Plug-ins help web browsers perform extra tasks.
If you are using IE, then look in this folder C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\PLUGINS For a file like this NPSWF32.dll That is the plugin file for Flash. If not, then IE will not do Flash. Have to install again. My Flash plugin is in my Netscape browser.
Also, Most Virus and Spyware scans are likely to work better in Windows Safe-Mode.

Thanks, guys. I wasn't having much luck with anything, then I went into my programs and removed Adobe Flash player 10, then re-installed it. Working now. Thanks again.
