Comment:

Since installing Microsoft WIndows Media Player 9, I can no longer play *ANY* DVD's using either Media Player or the built-in DVD software that came with my system. I get the message that "Copyright Protection has been invoked because a TV output device is detected". My video card has a TV output, but there is nothing attached to it and it is NOT selected in my video preferences. Uninstalling WIndows Media Player hasn't fixed the problem. How can I get my DVDs to play again? Thanks!

Check with the DVD player software company.

Look at the FAQs on their website or send an email.

Without the details of your AGP Card, DVD Software etc. any other advice is guesswork!
