Hey All,
I have a 56k modem but I connect at a high speed for a 56k I connect at 52k is there a way I can speed up my downloads I seem to be only getting 3kb per second is there a program I can speed up my downloads or I tweak or hack anything its the same with kazaa and things like that even if I get say 19 sources.
There really is no way to do this. Some programs say they do this but all they are doing is caching your data so the next time it seems a bit faster. But it won't work with file sharing programs, not that I know of. If you want speed, you gotta go with DSL or cable. I have 56k also and it's slow.
Summary: My only idea is that you have some kind of spyware, or search bar installed. Download Spybot, update it, and scan for spyware. http://approg.cl.msu.edu/support/misc/spybotsd12.exe If that doesn't help...
Summary: I got the download.trojan on my computer, but cannot shut down my system registry becuase my D:/ is a backup with all of the Windows Info and Config and I can lose it all. What can I do? Please replay...
