I'm trying to create a backup image of my hard drive without installing any more software on that drive. Is there a bootable CD that would allow me to create an image from (and later restore an image to) a hard drive without having to be in Windows? Thanks

Plug in a USB external drive and use the USB version floppy disk of Ghost to boot your computer with - create the image and save it to the external drive.

I use my 250 gig external drive to save images of our staff computers on it in case I have to rebuild their computers later. Saves me from having to re-install everything from scratch.
