Hi everyone...
I have been trying to connect two pc's (both running Win XP PRO and PcAnywhere 11.5.1) over the internet. I am able to use the program correctly between computers on my home network but never over the internet before. The computer that i am trying to connect to is connected through a DSL connection but is behind a router. My computer is the same, dsl behind a router. I have disabled hardware and software firewalls. I need someone to tell me what do do. I know all of the IP info I just don;t know where to enter it/ where to put it. Also, do I need to set up a VPN??? I have been trying to but I'm not even sure if I have to. If I do I need help on that, too. Thank you all in advance!

I'm not familiar with using PcAnywhere to connect to another PC over the Internet. But have you tried right clicking on the Network-Cable-DSL icon, selecting properties and going through the options?
Sorry, I do not check for private messages
