Help! Can't get rid of Win32/ Parit

However, when I run AVG it does not find the infected file. I have done a file search for "A0006918.exe" to remove it manually but I did not find anything. Is this a boot sector problem? Is there anyway to get rid of this? Does it pose a threat?

You need to disable your system restore. The message you are getting is because you did not disable system restore (like you're supposed to) before removing the virus.
