I have winxp installed on d: it's an dynamic disc and c: is my bootdrive. After formatting the boot drive winxp won't start anymore. I've edited boot.ini and winxp start agian but hangs and give a blue screen with error code ***stop : 0x0000007b ... All my stuff is on the dynamic drives and i don't want to lose it. Does someone has a other solution than throwing the dynamic partions away and making new ones? Greetz Ivo

if you just want to get your info off of the dynamic volume you can iether install 2000 or xp to the c: drive then go into computer management and then go to disk management you will probably have to remount it but you will be able to get your files off then you should probably start from scratch ie: clean install
