Help - Another problem

My computer won't reconize my USB ports. When I plug something into them, nothing happend. Help!

right click my computer - properties- hardware - device manager.

Is there any items with a yellow exclamation point to the left of them.

If so, you will need to install drivers to make them run correctly.

You should also have windows service pak2 installed also, before you install USB drivers.

Another possibility is they may be dissabled in your bios.

The only other basic thing I'd add is sometimes a restart of Windows XP while device is plugged in will initialize power to the port and make it go?
