need help my help and support center will not open I click on it and nothing hapens. can anyone help me?

You or some tweak program may have turned it off.
start>control panel>admn tools>services and look for help and support line double click to open and make sure it is enabled to automatic

BigDevil, Go to the link below and under the letter "H" scroll down to "Start Menu/Help and Support doesn't work" and try that fix.

Help and Support - Start Menu Doesn't Work

If you use EasyCleaner on that computer go to the link below click on Win XP Fixes then download and run the "Fix Windows® XP Help" .vbs fix.

Fix Windows® XP Help

Files from both sites are Safe to download & run.

tanx but there is one problem when I click on on it it says Cant find script engine "VBScript"C:Documents and Settings\Pasha\Desktop\fixwinxphelp.vbs".
anyone knows what should I do?

BigDevil, Try downloading that .vbs file to somewhere other than your desktop(e.g. My Documents folder) then go into your My Documents folder and double-click the fixwinxphelp.vbs file. You will be prompted when the repairs have been completed.
