help and support link aint working

When i click start/help and support link in winxp nothing happens. Pointer goes into 'busy' mode for a second or two and then nothing...

Anyone know whats wrong and how to fix this?

Trooper, Try the following.

Start Menu/Help and Support doesn't work: Go to Start/Run and type in: helpctr -regserver

More fixes at the link below under the letter "H".
