I canīt open "Help and Support" in XP. I have a new Dell Dimension. It starts very slow, the icons comes fast but the "activityfield" takes 2 min. to load ! Please help me ! Rune.

My experience with Help and Support is that it takes a long time to load. Be patient, wait up to 45-60 seconds and see if it comes up.

don't use dell. The best thing to do is build your own system at least then you know everything in it works well and if it don't than your own dam fault.
