headset problem

ive got my new logitech headset pluged into an old titan 4dwave,the problem is im getting my mates voice through the headset but it is also coming through my speakers aswell and vice versa. we want them for online gaming and want all game sound through speakers and just mates voice through headset. is it possible???

Unless Your Game has the option for it. I doubt it. Counter-Strike does not have it either.
