Header Checksum Error

When the PC loads windows it says "The Header Checksum is not equal to the Computer Checksum". I have searched several places and cannot find a solution to this problem.The PC giving the error belongs to a friend so I don't have all the specs.

A Google search seems to indicate that it might be connected to a wireless system. If he is using a wireless network, have him check it out. there might be something in the area interfering with the wireless communication.
