HDD wiped clean, now won't load OS

Specs: Win2003 Server
I bought 3 older servers from a tech school. Each has 2 HDD. I have geniune Win2000 and Win2003 server software and I have confirmed that the each server has enough resources to load either OS. However, I can't get either OS to load using an installation CD. ANY help would be appreciated. I'm an IT student that is hoping to use these servers for my studies.

No hard drive found?

You have to load the host adapter drivers. Look for hitting f6 in lower left corner of install screen. Web search. It is all there.

Thank you! I never gave that a thought. So, I'll need to get some specs off of each of the HDD, search for the host adapter drivers for each and install those...so it recognizes the drives.

Another thing, when I took the cover off, there was a seperate cable coming off one of the HDD and going to a PCI card. The PCI card had a "RAID" note on it. I know that raid is software and I was surprised to find this. Does anyone know what it is?

I know that raid is software

RAID can be either software or hardware. In this case you have a hardware RAID controller.
