Hayes accura 336 modem incompatiblity

I'm having trouble with my hayes accura 336 modem with windows Xp,but it works fine with win ME.I've tried with various drivers,nothin had got me out of the problem.please do reply me to solve this problem.

you have a bigger problem. your using a 33.6 modem. try finding a specific driver for it from their site. probably www.hayes.com
