Whenever I go to Start\Turn Off Computer\Shut Off My computer will start going through the shutting down process and then restart and remain on. What can I do to fix this?

You could go to Control Panel and click twice on Power Options. Then you could press on UPS tab and press on Configure button and see what you can do in there.............................
