Ok i went with new install of win XP Pro and still the same problem, When it starts to copy files to the HD it gives these files it can't finf 1.WINSRV.DLL 2.MSJETOLI.DLL 3.OEMBIOS.BIN

In what system? If you want to put a HDD in and have it be a bootable drive containing the OS, then you'll have to run a Windows Repair after installing the drive.
