I have a problem with my hard drive ( i think it's my hard drive). I have a Samsung SV8004h hard drive. Recently i feel like its skipping and pauses every once in a while and it gets really annoying because I do alot of Music Production and it Pauses Recording and Playback alot. Please Help!!

doesn't sound like the drive. sounds like software grabbing cpu time. Use task manager and see what is grabbing all the cpu time.
